Need to Know
Here are some of the most commonly asked questions we’ve received. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please reach out and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What do I need to bring to the class?
We provide all of the equipment you will need. You just need to wear appropriate workout clothing/footwear (consider the weather for outdoor sessions) and plenty of water. Much of our outdoor work is on grass, so you may want to consider bringing a change of clothes/footwear during wetter weather and make sure your shoes have sufficient tread on the soles! During hotter weather, we recommend two bottles of water (one chilled and one frozen), to keep your cool!

What do the classes involve?
Our open classes are flexible and do not follow a fixed programme. Our instructors plan new and unique sessions for each class, using a fun mix of formats such as; circuit training, team challenges/games, partnered work and solo routines.
Every class is adjustable for all ability levels and incorporate elements of strength, endurance and cardiovascular conditioning to work on your full body fitness!

Private classes can be randomises or programmed, to be tailored to supplement your gym routine, personal training and goals - for you and your friends!

What is "military-style fitness" and can I do it as a novice?
Don't worry, we an aren't a bunch of screaming drill sergeants! We aim to create fun and versatile fitness sessions, which are simply inspired by or based on military fitness! We always make clients feel comfortable and will scale back exercises for beginners. After all, 'bootcamp' means a course of training for new recruits, so novices are naturally welcome! Although, we do cater for advanced fitness levels too and workouts will always aim to push you further whilst enjoying the outdoors!
