What we do...

Our bootcamp sessions are designed to cater for all abilities, fitness and experience levels; making them the ideal sessions as either standalone classes for beginners to start a new fitness routine altogether, or as extra training to bolster an existing gym programme for the more advanced trainee.

Either way, you'll get some fun, full body strength and conditioning that will work you in ways that the gym doesn't!

Our scheduled classes are available to all and regardless of the mix of abilities, our experienced instructor of 10+ years will always tailor exercises to you, to help make you the best version of yourself. We are proud of our skills when it comes to offering exercise alternatives, variations and progressions/regressions, on the spot, to fit around current fitness, injuries and ability.
